New Dolls House Miniature Size Bear

I've been playing with pipe cleaners again at Connie Rose Designs, trying to see how small I can make a Teddy Bear and this little chappy is what was created. I just fell in love with him so much that I have decided to try my hand at some more of these little ones.

At the moment I'm working on a few new magical pieces these include another mounted dragons head and some witches cauldrons.

Working on a new miniature piece

I thought I would start a new miniature piece this morning, I bought some dolls house miniature beds from a Sue Ryder shop a few months back so I thought I would try and jazz one of them up today. I have been wanting to do an Egyptian themed piece for some time and so when I saw a miniature bust of Anubis a little light bulb came on in my head ( I love it when that happens) and the spark of an idea started to grow. So this morning I have been sanding the bed ready to paint it up. I had forgotten how messy sanding old paint off of something can be, I'm covered in it lol.

Well 2012 is well and truly here and it's time to get back to doing what I love the most, making Dolls House Miniatures and Chenille Stem Teddy Bears. I have a number of new items planned for this year plus opening an online store and working on actually writting a book, which I am looking forward to but can't really believe. This year is turning out to be a busy one already and it's only just started :)
